IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR KESUKSESAN PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONEE AND MCLEAN (Studi Kasus : STIKES Wira Husada Yogyakarta)

Sistem informasi akademik merupakan sebuah sistem yang sangat penting untukditerapkan pada setiap perguruan tinggi, sistem ini digunakan dengan tujuan dapat membantu petugas dalam hal pengolahan data nilai mahasiswa, mata kualih dan datadosen. STIKES adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan sistem informasiakademik akan tetapi sistem yang diterapkan belum berjalan sebagai mana mestinya. Penilitin ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesanpenerapan sisitem informasi akademik yang telah diterapkan oleh SKITES Wira Husada menggunakan modelDelone and Mclean dengan mengukur enam variabel yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitaspelayanan, kualiitas system, pengguna, kepuasaan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Denganmenyebar kuesioner pada 280 mahasiswa STIKES Wira Husada sebagai pengguna utamaSistem, kemudia data dari kuesioner tersebut diananisa menggunakan Program SPSS danAMOS. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem tidak mempengaruhi pengguna tetapi mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna, kualitaspelayanan perbengaruh terhadap pengguna dan kepuasaan pengguna, kepuasaan penggunaberpengaruh terhadap pengguna, pengguna berpengaruh pada manfaat bersih dankepuasaan pengguna juga berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersi

MEMBANGUN KEMITRAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI KEGIATAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA DI ERA PANDEMI COVID 19

Abstrak: Peranan Internet di era covid-19 dapat menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi baru dalam membangun produk dan usaha yang di kelola oleh mahasiswa sebagai kaum milenial. Peluang ini dapat memudahkan mahasiswa mempromosikan dan menjual berbagai jenis produk sebagai sumber pendapatan dan jika dikelola lebih lanjut dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembiayaan perkuliahan. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam kegiatan mahasiswa berwirausaha yaitu kesulitan dalam mempromosikan barang dan minimmnya inovasi suatu produk yang lebih value added serta minimnya modal untuk pengembangan usaha berikutnya. Oleh karena itu, melalui program kegiatan Mahasiswa Berwirausaha ini, yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Yapis Papua bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dikalangan mahasiswa agar mampu meningkatkan potensi, kreatif, inovatif yang ada pada mahasiswa, menjadi wadah ataupun komunitas usaha kuliner yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi start-up bisnis digital. Metode yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini yaitu dengan persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi dan pelaporan, metode pelaksanaan di lakukan dengan memasarkan produk buatan mahasiswa dan ukm di sekitar kampus. Setalah melaksanakan kegiatan ini mahasiswa mampu memngembangkan usaha Mahasiswa dan masyarakat disekitar kampus di era covid-19 dan menciptakan inovasi-inovasi produk baru dalam bidang usaha kuliner, keberhasilan kegiatan di ukur melalui target penjualan sebesar 10 juta yang diberikan kepada setiap kelompok dalam kurung waktu 4 bulan kegiatan.Abstract: The role of the Internet in the era of covid-19 can produce new innovations in building products and businesses that are managed by students as millennials. This opportunity can make it easier for students to promote and sell various types of products as a source of income and if managed further it can be used as a source of financing for lectures. Problems that arise in student entrepreneurship activities are the difficulty in promoting goods and the lack of innovation of a product that is more value added and the lack of capital for the development of the next business. Therefore, through this Entrepreneurial Student activity program, which is organized by Yapis Papua University, it aims to develop and foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students so that they are able to increase the potential, creative and innovative existing in students, become a forum or culinary business community that can be developed as a start. -up digital business. An Identification of Success of Academic System Application Using Delone and McLean Design

Academic information system is a system that is very important to be applied to every college, the system is used in order to assist college operators in processing students' grade data, lectures, and lecturers' data. Wira Husada School of health science is one of the colleges that has implemented academic information system, but the system implemented has not worked as it should be. This research aims to identify factors that influence the success of the application of academic information system that has been applied by Wira Husada School of health science using Delone and Mclean design by measuring six variables which are information quality, service quality, system quality, user, user satisfaction and net benefit. Researcher distributes questionnaires to 280 students of Wira Husada School of health science as the main users of the system, and then the data from the questionnaires are analyzed using SPSS and AMOS Program. The result of this research shows that the quality of information and system does not affect the user, but it affects user satisfaction, service quality affects user and user satisfaction, user satisfaction affects user, user affects net benefit and user satisfaction affects net benefit

RESEARCH AND COMMUNITY SERVICE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AT P3-M UNIVERSITY OF YAPIS PAPUA

Improving the quality of lecturers include in Tri Darma of University, they are: teaching, research and community service. These activities are fully managed by research and community service units or institutions in each university. University of Yapis Papua has a work unit that manages these activities, it called Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3-M), where the process of managing research and community service activities is not yet fully integrated and well-documented. This study aims to create information system of activity management from P3-M unit at University of Yapis Papua. This information system will be used, the management of activities research and community service includes administrative data for submitting activity proposals, and  reporting results. It hopes can be coordinated well. The methods were used waterfall as a system development method, Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for system design, and pieces method for problem analysis. The result of this study is produce a web-based information system with several menus that could help P3-M University of Yapis Papua

Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Planning pada PT. Karya Cipta Buana Sentosa Maumere

Teknologi informasi semakin lama semakin maju dan setiap saat selalu ada perkembangannya yang berpengaruh terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satu diantaranya adalah aspek perekonomian yang berdampak positif bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektifitas dalam proses bisnis, agar perusahan mampu memberikan nilai tambah yaitu berupa keunggulan dalam persaingan bisnis. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) merupakan suatu metode pendekatan dalam perencanaan kualitas data yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan bisnis, perencanaan ini terdiri dari arsitektur data, aplikasi dan infrastruktur teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan proses bisnis perusahaan agar berjalan lebih efektif. Pemodelan bisnis yang digunakan pada penelitian menggunakan analisis value chain. Identifikasi Manajemen Resiko yang diusulkan pada Operasional SME dalam Penerapan Sistem ERP Jangka Panjang.

Risk management in business strategic based on the survey that has been done by UKM  Ebjed Kaos Factory, Bantul (Yogyakarta) by doing interview directly toward one of the supervisor of the factory which  states that the risk in business can affect the part of benefit from the result of their production, it is because in the last few years the results of the expected profits was in fact not stable by applying the strategy, it needs strategy with  a frameworks in their ERP system, so that every process of production that has done can have information data which is programmed, analyzed and compared to the risk level of the previous production. All the information data based on their sample of logistic experience in the last few years with an interview approaches model towards 2 from 16 employees, 1 chief inventory staff and the main leader of their UKM factory. The results of this approach Provides almost 80% information that the author needs. Then the author designs and implements a strategy that can generate relevant Information data for the framework of risk management of every logistic area of their UKM. In conclusion, when they’re consider with an efficient strategy, it will surely make a profit for t if every risk faced can be designed and implemented well.Management resiko dalam strategy bisnis berdasarkan survey yang telah dilakukan pada UKM Pabrikan Ebjed Kaos Bantul (Yogyakarta) dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung terhadap salah satu pengawas produksi yang menyatakan bahwa Resiko dalam bisnis mempengaruhi sebagian keuntungan dari hasil proses produksi mereka. Alasnya karena dalam beberapa tahun terakhir hasil dari setiap produksi pada kenyataanya tidak begitu stabil dengan strategy yang di terapkan, ini membutuhkan stategy dengan sebuah kerangka kerja pada sistem ERP mereka, sehingga setiap proses produksi yang di lakukan mempunyai data informasi yang telah di rancang, di analisa dan dibandingkan tingkat resikonya dengan proses produksi sebelumnya. Semua data informasi  berdasarkan sampel pengalaman logistik mereka dalam beberapa tahun terkahir dengan model pendekatan wawancara terhadap 2 dari 16 karyawan, 1 kepala staf persediaan dan pemimpin utama UKM Pabrik mereka.  hasil dari pendekatan ini memberikan hampir 80% informasi yang kami butuhkan, kemudian kami merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah strategy yang dapat menghasilkan data informasi yang relevan untuk kerangka kerja management resiko dari setiap area logistik UKM mereka. Penerapan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan untuk Menghitung Nilai Kandungan Makanan

Kasoami merupakan makanan khas tradisional dari Desa Pemana. Makanan ini berasal dari ubi kayu lalu diproses dalam pengukusan. masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi makanan tersebut kurang mengetahui adanya nilai-nilai kandungan makanan. Dengan itu di terapkannya suatu apikasi yang dinamakan Aplikasi MENIKAM. Aplikasi MENIKAM ini singkatan dari Menghitung Nilai Kandungan Makanan yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengetahui nilai kandungan makanan. Pengembangan Aplikasi MENIKAM merupakan aplikasi cerdas yang dapat membantu mengetahui nilai kandungan makanan yang dikembangkan dengan metode NIR dan Kalibrasi Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Selain untuk menghitung nilai kandungan makanan Aplikasi MENIKAM juga dapat memberikan sebuah tutorial proses pembuatan makanan dan menyediakan salah satu form untuk penjualan makanan. Untuk hasil yang di dapatkan yaitu menentukan komposisi utama ubi kayu di ambil dua puluh sampel Ubi (biji utuh) dipindai Panjang dari 20-30 cm. Model kalibrasi untuk pengukuran NIR menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) tiga lapisan teknik. Sebagai lapisan input JST adalah input pertama 5, kedua 10, dan 15 komponen utama (PC). Outputnya adalah komposisi simultan yang akan di prediksi.
